How long will my order take?

Order processing time is separate from the shipping time you see at checkout. Single-orders (1-2 products per order) allow 2 - 7 days for the order to be processed (ALL ITEMS ARE HANDMADE) in addition to the shipping timeframe selected (excluding weekend and holidays). If a quicker processing time is required that will be considered a "CUSTOM" order and you MUST email to confirm the order and quicker turn around time. Bulk-orders (3 or more products per order) will require 2 - 21 days for processing, given that all yarn colors are available. Should there be any delays, a representative will reach out to discuss the new timeline of completion.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) and provide them your tracking number. Once the item has shipped Levi's Kozy Korner is no longer responsible for the item.

What is my product made of?

Chunky chenille yarn is 100% vegan, polyester and super soft. This yarn is light and offers unbeatable warmth: It is washable and care instructions are provided in each order. All the puff balls are vegan and no animals were harmed or used.

Can my product be washed?

If you have a top load washer, it is recommended that you hand wash with water and lay flat to dry (air dry). Front load washer: It is recommended that you wash product in a garment bag. If you do not use a garment bag, then you risk damaging the product. Machine wash separately with cold water. Gentle quick cycle and tumble dry low. Do NOT use bleach or products that contain bleach. *Pom pom's are removable for washing. All tassels and fringe are not*

How do I place a custom order or schedule a free consultation?

Email, DM leviskozykorner (Instagram or Facebook), or visit our Contact Us page and include your name, email or phone number, desired blanket size and reference picture. A team member will be reaching out to discuss your order further and walk you through the invoicing process.

What is the return policy?

All of our products are CUSTOM MADE and we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any Kozy Korner products. We appreciate your understanding.


Damages and issues

All of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Please inspect you order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. If there is a problem with the quality of the product please email within 7-day's of the delivered date. Please include contact info, a photo of the issue/product and a brief description of the problem and we will assess an acceptable solution on a case by case basis. We will not review any exchange/request after the 7-day window. The shipping fee is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees, if your request for return is accepted.
